Founding partner, Litson PLLC

The litigation firm behind every RxLaw Group matter that reaches a courtroom.

When a regulatory matter becomes a federal one, the pharmacy or practice already has a trial lawyer on its side.

Why RxLaw Group is backed by Litson PLLC

A former federal prosecutor and CIA political analyst, Alex Little brings unparalleled experience to complex criminal defense, government investigations, and high-stakes litigation. His background combines sophisticated trial advocacy, international diplomacy, and strategic crisis management, which lets him guide cases that reach well beyond traditional legal boundaries.

As an Assistant U.S. Attorney in 2 federal districts, Alex led multi-agency teams in national security and white-collar crime investigations, trying dozens of cases before federal juries. His prosecutorial experience spans complex financial fraud, public corruption, organized crime, and national security matters. That insider’s perspective now gives clients a real strategic advantage in criminal defense and government investigations.

Before entering private practice, Alex worked alongside President Jimmy Carter at The Carter Center, supporting peace negotiations in Sudan and developing diplomatic solutions to international conflicts. His earlier role as a CIA political analyst further shaped his understanding of complex global challenges. Whether in the courtroom, the boardroom, or an international venue, he brings a clear sense of how legal challenges intersect with business objectives and reputational concerns.

How Alex works with RxLaw Group clients

Most pharmacy and healthcare matters begin and end with Matt Gibbs at the regulatory level. When one moves further, into a grand jury subpoena, a federal healthcare fraud investigation, or litigation, Alex leads the defense with the same team, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
