Membership & Pricing

Transparent pricing, scoped up front.

Most of what a pharmacy needs from a lawyer is predictable, so we price it that way: a flat monthly membership with unlimited access, month to month. The heavier work that can’t be fixed-priced is always scoped up front, never billed by surprise.

Beyond the membership

Some work is priced on its own.

When a matter falls outside the monthly plan, you get a clear price before any work begins.

Administrative expungement

$2,000 flat

Petitioning to clear old discipline from a healthcare licensee’s public record. One fixed fee, start to finish.

Hourly & retainer matters

Board defense, litigation, healthcare fraud defense, and any active investigation or inspection. This is the heavy work that can’t be fixed-priced, scoped and quoted under a separate engagement letter before we begin.

How membership works

Straightforward terms.

Month to month

Start without a long-term commitment, and move between tiers as your needs change.

30-day notice

Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. If your next payment falls within those 30 days, it processes and is your last.

Heavy onboarding

Engagements that front-load a lot of work may start with a three-month minimum, agreed up front.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does “unlimited attorney access” actually mean?

It means just that, unlimited access. At RxLaw Group, we believe the practice of pharmacy happens around the clock, every day of the year. For this reason, we meet our clients where they are, not on the schedule of RxLaw Group. RxLaw Group provides unlimited telephone, email, text message, video call, and face-to-face access with a healthcare law attorney for any matter covered by the scope of representation.

Can I change tiers or cancel later?

Yes. Membership is month to month, so you can move up or down a tier as your needs change. To cancel, give us 30 days’ notice; if your next payment falls within those 30 days, it processes and is your last.

What is not covered by a membership?

The heavy, unpredictable work: active investigations and inspections, board defense, litigation, healthcare fraud defense, PBM clawbacks and appeals, and large drafting or multi-state projects. These are scoped separately as a flat fee or hourly, always with a clear price before any work begins.

Do you only work with pharmacies in Tennessee?

We are based in and licensed in Tennessee and advise clients across the country on the law that applies to them. With a Middle District of Tennessee admission, we also handle federal matters before the DEA, FDA, and HHS nationwide.
